I understand the post was deleted because it was seemingly based on rumor. That said, there is a very intriguing angle involving a convicted meth dealer in the Delphi area that could turn out to be relevant, IMO. What's more, I am now more confident than ever that LE's frustration is centered...

Not to split hairs, but FBI says "hoodie", not "hood" - which would appear to be accurate. That said, the FBI mentions nothing about "black shoes", which also appear to be what the POI is wearing. My point is, not every single article of clothing was listed by the FBI...

Great work here. One thing that stands out to me is how much wider the body appears in 'step 2'. The perp I have in mind has more of a 'bowling ball' body type. Again, well done.
