I think 'significant issues with alcohol' is an incredibly subjective statement. Some may consider drinking a bottle of wine a night significant whilst others may not. It is open to a wide variety of interpretations and it is appalling this incredibly personal information was made public.
The question is was she in her right mind? The argument being that if not then she was potentially thinking and acting irrationally.

I think their reasoning for it's release is being investigated.
I suspect they did it with the partners consent but not for any investigative reasons. We shall see.
A partner or family should not be allowed to 'sign-off' on this type of release imo, this was Nicola's private information.
Yes I can see that's a possibility. It could be something she had in the back of her mind that day, given how well organised she was that morning.
