YIKES! I never really thought about it until now, but, IMO, I wouldn't be surprised if AL tries to file suit against the system including the parole officer - had they been doing their job and properly babysitting him he would have never gotten into this trouble. ALWAYS somebody else's fault.

IMOO, He probably wrote a letter to CL regarding things to use as her defense, with hopes that it would get confiscated, so that it WOULD be sure and come out in court - probably some scheme cooked up by him and possibly their attorneys - I think he is a bit smarter than we all give him credit for.

Popular opinion or not - I agree. If immature behavior proves someone is guilty or even capable of capitol murder, I would, IMO, be able to make a long list of craz-o murderers.

I was looking at all of the malarkey I have downloaded and I wonder why - on CL's arrest report it says "taken into custody at her residence based on outstanding warrants" I thought I read she was arrested at an ATM machine? Not that it matters - just wondering if I missed something.

Maybe AL and CL presented BC with whatever was in the envelope found at CL's house - BC realized these two were up to no good and started to call for help- AL snatched her phone - BC freaked and ran out the front door with AL and CL running after her - they subdued her and threw her in the car...

I do a lot more reading than posting - but IMHOO - I don't believe this was drug related, robbery, or any type of ransom situation - I am wondering about some type of blackmail/extortion scenario - but then that would involve a lot of sleuthing of anybody and everybody's skeletons which is not...

Just curious..... does anyone know where AL was from Friday to Sunday before his wreck? I know it has been said CL stayed somewhere else all weekend - has it crossed anyone else's mind that maybe CL wasn't home because she was somewhere maybe "babysitting" BC? Just a thought ...... IMOO it...
