It doesn't look like UP11774 has been ruled out. It really seems like it could be a match. I'm probably missing/overlooking something that could rule it out, so I'm hoping someone else can take a look. Attaching a comparison sheet.

Has Tammy Lorraine Niver been looked into? She was last seen about 20 minutes away from where the body was found. However, she went missing just one month prior; could the body become skeletonized in that short a period of time? The height is also off, though the UP's height was estimated. Also...

MP has no exclusions listed yet. I also checked the UID and he is not listed as an exclusion.

NAMUS has her listed as 38 years old. This article says 32.

I agree and come here to say this. Also, Stephanie's eyes are listed as green, but it's not a stretch to look at those eyes and see them as brown. The only thing that gives me pause is the tattoo, because it's does not mention any tattoos on her Namus page.

There are some similarities here, though the ages don't match, it's not too far off. Location where UP found is 48 minutes from the location where this person went missing. Can someone please take a look and see if you agree with the possibility? NamUs #UP96318

I came here to post this exact thought. Everything fits, except the witness statement, but there's probably no way to know if that's accurate. Was there any follow up on this?
