UK - Nurse Lucy Letby, Faces 22 Charges - 7 Murder/15 Attempted Murder of Babies #25

The Chester Standard live updates state her as saying she was 'taken away' in her pyjamas . This was during her first day on the stand when being questioned by her barrister. "Mr Myers asks Letby about her being arrested for the first time. Letby says this was nothing like she had ever...

UK - Nurse Lucy Letby Faces 22 Charges - 7 Murder/15 Attempted Murder of Babies #6

Regarding staff swiping their id cards to enter the unit, this is a quote from the Chester Standard live reporting on 14th October... "Swipe cards would be used by staff to gain access to the neonatal unit, and their dates and times would be recorded. Times when this would not record someone...

This is exactly what I'm wondering too

This part (BBM) is confusing to me. Mrs Oakley was on her break in the resuscitation room from 01:00 and signed for the infusion prescription at 01:25. Does that mean she wasn't present when it was administered? Or maybe this was this when she was called back?

I deal with benefits at times in my job. If AW gets Universal Credit she'd get monthly: Single over 25 £324 First child £282 Second child £237 Housing costs example £400 (that's an estimate based on rent in South Wales. It would be whatever her rent is as long as it doesn't exceed the housing...

Another theory - JC might have left Logan by the side of the river as he stated. When he and the youth left the house again (JC said it was to hide the PJ top but again, we don't know if that's true. He could have hidden it when they went out the first time) they could have checked on Logan...

That's the question and I wish o had the answer. Evidence of their cruelty and mistreatment? They were panicked and knew police would be at the flat at some point and did not want them to see it for whatever reason. Whatever happened to cause the damage to that top was not good. And why was it...

The pyjama top might not have even been taken off Logan as recently as that day. Maybe both AW and JC are lying about it. More confusion!

This case is on my mind so much especially as I don't live too far away (though not in Bridgend) and my children stay with their dad there pretty regularly. One thought I've had (and I might have totally forgotten some evidence that makes this thought impossible) is that was Logan really dead...

Is anyone else wondering why AW's defence team didn't introduce her claim that JC or Y must have jumped the wall to evade the CCTV and turned the bedroom lights on and off? I'm thinking that had the defence introduced it, the prosecution would have been able to disprove the possibility. Whereas...
