When the federal prosecutors visited Nancy's home it looked as though they were doing a walkthrough of her home. A Law Enforcement agent was standing on that patio with another agent motioning his hand as if to tell her that sliding door was found opened and then he appeared to show her a...
I know you aren't referring to me because I have always took into account and cited what investigative "sources" have stated whether or not that was the Sheriff.
For instance, AB's FBI source.
And unlike some who are tied to down to a certain theory while only a fraction of the details are...

Arizona 12-1172. Definition of forcible entry
A "forcible entry," or an entry where entry is not given by law within the meaning of this article, is:
1. An entry without the consent of the person having the actual possession.
My post is still there.
You were stating that my statement, "irregardless of what his criminal intent was", was wrong.
Mens rea meaning "guilty mind" is the mental state or criminal intent a person must have when committing a crime.
Criminal Intent - Intentionally, knowingly, recklessly...
Good point. Also why would someone need to force entry into the home, like MSM reported from investigation sources early on, if a key was available to use?
Arizona recognizes four key mental states - intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, and negligently - to establish criminal intent.
The prosecution does not have to prove all four; they must only prove the specific mental state required by the statute for that particular crime, typically using...
I try to avoid replying to those who constantly gaslight and misconstrue my words but I must address this.
Did I ever state that kidnapping wouldn't count ever? No!
In fact in further posts I specifically reiterated that it would.
Did I state that just entering without intent would qualify...
There are reports resurfacing about January 11th and January 24th dates being significant to the investigation.
I wonder if they recovered new clips/images of new footage on those dates via Nancy's nest cameras or if it is based on something else like crime happening in Nancy's neighborhood...
I agree. Legally a lawsuit, if they would even file, would go nowhere.
It was morally wrong for Ashleigh Banfield to report that but not legally wrong in the eyes of the law. Imo.
The Sheriff told this reporter in this interview, "Now we go to a crime scene, or what we believe is a potential scene on a search warrant up on, in Rio Rico."
My question is what did LE base their belief on that there was going to be a potential crime scene there in Rio Rico?

SBM - I can't really say what his goal was because I don't know if anything was left there by him, i.e. a ransom note, and I don't know if anything else was taken from the home by him except Nancy. That would be important things to know.
I also don't know if the ransom notes were 100% legit...
