I really like this as a possibility. Statistics all match up pretty well and circumstances/locations are very similar. Both the UID and Diana may have traveled/have ties to Las Vegas. Diana is from Mississippi so very possibly had a Southern/Cajun accent. Looking at the PM pic I can...
