I too think it is possible LE has WH in jail to keep him from messinging up the investigation. WH does say in his interview LE says where is AJ. This has me feeling like if they did ask him that they have not ruled him out.

Maybe it is me, but it bothers me that he says he was "working out of town" when the debit card was found. When I have to go into the office (I normally WAH) it is an hour away and I would never say I am going out of town to work... IMO this makes me feel like he wants to appear as far away...
