I wish there wasn't a plea deal and they took it all the way and this guy got the death sentence. The crime scene pictures, however awful, truly bring to life what the 4 kids went through. You can understand even more the families dispair with the plea deal. I feel the same for them.

I agree. I think was what also interesting is that on the update on the serial podcast didn't they say that the detective that interviewed Jay was the same corrupt one that had put another person away who was found to be innocent? I wonder what will happen with Jay now.

Thanks for the info. That's what struck me. It didn't appear it was even attempted to be concealed. It's just all really odd isn't it? Then leaving a blood trail right back to where the house. Why even bother.
