Maybe it's around the area in which one of his packages was supposed to be delivered and he's mad neither made it. He might be "making up for his lost bombs" that were part of his motive. We could have another one coming soon.

Are there cameras in donation drop-off areas?

If the Goodwill bomb is the same guy he's probably taunting police at this point. They are all near that area surveying the footage from that Fedex. This could either be a distraction or a cocky message: "I'm so close to you and you still cannot catch me."

The main campus post office is on West Mall. I saw four police cars in front of Jester but there are mailrooms in multiple student housing units so that's when they must've been conducting their sweeps.

Ahh, makes sense. Yes, I'm sure they are all working night and day to keep an entire city safe. We are so grateful!!

BBM UT student here. This is also my concern. His tripwire bomb was only 5 miles from campus and 5 and a half from where I live. I'm very afraid of a "grand finale". There was a heavy police presence on campus today.

If she was able to post on multiple social media platforms, maybe she was able to use her access to a Phone/iPad/Laptop to watch shows on Youtube or other websites.
