If it's probable he's going to get time for whatever he's being held for then it makes no sense to post bail. The time he's in there now counts as time served towards his sentence. Plus if he has no home/ income then it's free food and housing.

She also has no couch or chairs to sit and eat a meal in the living room with. If she's OCD I don't see her letting her kids eat on the carpet. It would be covered in stains. There is also room in the living room that she could have put a kids table in there. Kids eat 5 plus times a day...

I don't find that odd. My daughter is 4 1/2 and she is our baby. If she is the youngest or only child it wouldn't be alarming that he would consider her his baby.
