Madeleine McCann: German Prisoner Identified as Suspect, #36

your eta1: that seems like a v good point. finding soil only in the vw, of a place cb visited frequently would not be much use as evidence. soil plus e.g. blood would be significant - and could even answer the 'concrete evidence of killing' riddle.

Madeleine McCann: German Prisoner Identified as Suspect, #35

i see it logically, as we are only at the suspect stage - the evidence isn't strong enough for anything more. atm. if the evidence was strong enough - in the opinion of the prosecutors/judges - we would be at arrest/charge/trial right now. equally, no prosecutor will have the luxury to...

thanks. and he has been caught - and served time - twice on drugs offences.

re: key principles. interesting that he thinks he was never caught by the police. first time they caught him he was 17. and has been caught multiple times since.

Madeleine McCann: German Prisoner Identified as Suspect, #35

any thoughts on why the child is referred to as the 'injured party' and the 'damaged party'? and indeed why he doesn't mention MM by name? also re: use of a different car. wasn't he the registered owner of two other vehicles at the time. a white merc 205d, and a grey ascona? (a blue bedford van...

this seems plausible. although, you would hope the german police were aware of the history, and lawyer search of the dam, and would have asked the lawyer if he was responsible for the stones, flowers and the photo - before setting off for the lake with all their equipment. hard to work out why...

but then as you pointed out, the area with the 'holes' was right where the police were looking, and those holes are of a size visible from a satellite. so police would have been standing in huge holes, rather than standing on flat land digging small exploratory holes. wouldn't they?

but then, why are you looking for holes? something hidden in a hole would be filled-in. is your thinking that something was buried in 05/2007 and then dug up at a later time (before 9/2010).

this is a crop from the highest resolution earth pro allows. not clear enough to say anything is a hole, or a tree, or something else imo. but others may see holes.

here's what the area looked like around the time (nearest two satellite image dates). much bigger 'temporarily dry' area to dig/bury/hide something if you go back in september/october.

looks like pretty difficult ground to dig a deep hole in. aside: i wonder how many people will now be going up there digging under every rock?

GUILTY UK - Richard Challen, 61, Killed by Wife in Hammer Attack, Surrey, 14 Aug 2011

Just watched this. Agree with your points. So he committed a long-term crime against her first (a crime that didn’t legally exist at the time). And she was a victim for all those years. Then she committed a separate crime as a result of this. At which point he is the victim of the second crime...

yes, i was hoping there was more than this. smacks of over-stretching the content to make a programme each week.

Madeleine McCann: German prisoner identified as suspect - #13

Sexta às 9 tonight (hope the portuguese translators are on standby): Is Maddie Viva? Witness guarantees to have seen Madeleine McCann living in the Algarve speaking German since she was 14 years old. Judicial Police does not rule out a hypothesis and maintains all lines of investigation ...

but you did use the sim in the location you bought the sim for, am i correct? if a person lived in germany, why would they buy a sim card for use in portugal? unless they were going to use the sim at some point in portugal? also, if a person bought a portuguese network sim, for use in germany...
