Here is my opinion after reviewing the decision tree's. They are either going to find them both guilty of 2nd degree murder or they are going to find DM guilty of 1st and MS not guilty. Let's see what happens MOO

Agreed, that also stood out to me. The question is, did MS know DM intended to kill TB AND did he encourage him to do so. IMHO we haven't seen any evidence of that.
Jurors should NOT be a select group of society. It is highly important that jurors are representative of the greater society (jury of your peers).
Remember, we are talking about taking someone's life away (essentially) this is why the burden of proof is so high in these types of cases.

Knowing it could happen is not premeditation ... at least I don't believe. Knowing someone is capable of something (i.e. has a gun, incinerator), does not mean you were part of a specific plan.
And let's be honest here AATF isn't an easy jail sentence ... I think it can go up to 20 years. It wasn't like he came out and said he was innocent. He admitted to a very serious crime.
