Sunshine sonar found skeletal remains from 4 decades ago in broward county. I believe it could be Howard. They're going to make an announcement in approx 48 hours per their fb said. Prayers for closure who ever it may be.

If you google his name and Pennsylvania there is a recent story and mugshot of a man that looks simular but hes only 26 now so can't be him.

I think that people involved in human trafficing are only interested in opportunity They look for someone who is easily accessible and at ease/ outgoing with strangers.
