Regarding not seen since March 20, isn't that due to it having been a long weekend before the day Yuki officially went missing? He apparently lives in a small village. Was it normal for the neighbours to see him out and about?

I am not very knowledgeable about the law, but my guess is that it wouldn't be the same judge. I don't think the prosecution will appeal. They got a conviction. But GK might. I think he'd be an idiot to do it though because the next jury isn't likely to be as forgiving to AK and the prosecution...

I think we have to recognize that this was just one juror's view of what they agreed on and it's possible she couldn't quite follow/understand was some other jurors said. I'd like to hear from another juror.
