The article title still says, "Woman found dead near Laurel," but the URL includes "missing". People have been saying they hope it's not her, and while I feel for them that it would be tragic for her to be deceased, I also know that it would be more horrible for it to be a second victim.

Good question. I don't believe so. Here in Montana, casinos are everywhere. I think they're on private land, but don't know if there's something that makes casinos Federal by default or something.

She went missing Tuesday morning around 0030, and then the search was coordinated on Wednesday morning around 1000. She'd been missing almost 36 hours.
