Thank you so much! It is sad indeed and this young man was not into anything bad but was having a difficult time grieving family members and perhaps the onset of some mental issues. Now I have to try to find out what happened.

Thank you and yes. That's exactly where I found the information. I ran across the NAMUS file over a month ago but didn't connect the dots. However, once I zoomed in, I located the Cook County file and found the tattoo which was dead on.

I see there have been multiple bodies found in the lake in that area which is a very upscale area. Not sure whats going on or if we will ever know.
