Here's the link to the complaint http://dig.abclocal.go.com/wpvi/Bruce/pdf/kratz_documents.pdf While he and CD have differing stories of who shot DF, I think the fact SK was complicit and helped with most of, if not all of the acts related to those 3 it is why he is also being charged with...

Philly, as like any major city, has good pockets, great pockets, and bad pockets. Philadelphia by name encompasses a very large area. My aunt lives in NE section of Philadelphia; literal 5 minute drive to Bucks County. If she gets on the highway and drives South for 30 minutes at 60mph, she's...

NBC10, and I believe maybe another on here went through it in more detail during their live show at 5 or 530. Because it was an arraignment at lower level court, it's typical procedure to plead not guilty at this stage. The NBC10 expert and a person with law knowledge can follow me on this, said...

Correct. As of now they were both arraigned in district court and both given no bail. CD didn't request bail. SK didn't have an attorney present.

With out speculating of alternate scenarios, I still think it's odd that a 20 y/o would so quickly switch over and confess for a "deal" that only removes death penalty. IMO, the 60 to 80 years he's now going to spend in jail are worse than DP. Even if he rolls the dice with going to court and...

I think with confession, plus naming, plus giving up location of body, he was/is not shooting for insanity. IMO

Asking this of any mental health people. Would someone with his mental background have the where with all, in a "deal gone wrong" scenario, to dig a 12' mass grave, using heavy machinery, then cover it up? Maybe I'm thinking of stereotypes pushed upon me, but aren't schizophrenics (sorry if...

Good feedback - thanks. Weed buying may have changed since my day; I guess I'm getting old. And yes, you're right, those jobs could easily make the money in whole to spend on that amount. Maybe because IMO this is more than just weed deals gone wrong, I'm seeing a different picture.

I may have missed, but is the search at the properties still going on? I know speculation about 2 other instances has been throw onto/into this thread. I believe DA announced only 4 bodies, but wonder if they'll still look for more. I don't fully understand the potential mental incapacities...

I agree with that. My opinion solely. Looking from the outside - which we all are. None of those 3, to me, seem to be the QP buying type. I knew kids who smoked weed every day that didn't buy that much at once.

I especially find that amount odd for the group of 4 that were murdered. One drove a 96 Maxima and was a blue collar worker with the other. JTP was a college student working a summer job at a bar. Doesn't seem like your typically bulk weed buying group.
