This feels like Kiely Rodni or Riley Strain all over again -- a tragic accident due to a bad combination of teenagers' sense of invincibility, alcohol, and water that people feel inexplicably compelled to turn into a conspiracy against all evidence.
What a devastating loss for his family and...
Sadly, not much to go on here. Based on everything described, he sounds like he was probably homeless and it doesn't seem like a whole lot was done since it was a natural death. But still, a reconstruction would be nice. :(
Based on "The Butterfly Effect" podcast, Polaroid Guy is George Martinez (of the name on the scale). After they split, Becca started dating Eduardo and flew to Albuquerque from LA to be with him. After they checked into the motel, he told her he had a girlfriend and kids and was not planning to...
IMO, I don't think HER DNA inside the house has anything to do with sexual assault. Of course her DNA is inside her house -- all different kinds of her DNA.
She may have been sexually assaulted (God, I hope not!), but HER DNA wouldn't shed any light on that.
I would be much more suspicious...
My thoughts on the cameras, based on this article:
“'The cameras will record to the servers as long as they have internet. According to Nest, without a subscription, usually they are quickly overwritten by next images. But if the camera is disconnected, there should be nothing to overwrite on...
In that link, you will find the criminal complaint against the fake ransomer. However, THAT complaint confirms the contact from church member to family.

4. Sending a delayed ransom note with two different deadlines
Things that are normal or at least normal in some families...

"The Franklin County Coroner’s Office has released autopsy reports detailing the deaths of Spencer and Monique Tepe, the Columbus couple found shot to death in their home last month.
"According to the reports, Spencer Tepe was shot seven times...
No, he was in her hometown (Columbus) when she left the game, which was in Indianapolis. She didn't drive 3 hours back home to confront him alone.
My best guess is that he did something that she (rightfully!) perceived as threatening but that was not illegal. If she actually knew he were in her...
I've worked as a copy editor, and the grasp of written English even by native speakers is ... not always the best. To me, this doesn't prove much either way ...
