I have to wonder if that wasn't part of the DT strategy. That whole idea of declaring her competent to stand trial toward the end of said trial. Plus the intentional violations, of reports from expert witnesses, which caused the SA to have to depose expert witnesses during the trial. I think...
Will this case change the way child murders are handled in the future?
It seems to me that the DT and the jurors in this case are sending a message loud and clear: You can murder a child and get away with it as long as you hide the body long enough for all DNA evidence to weather away and...
This was a GREAT prosecution and a GREAT judge. I think DP should have been taken off the table from the beginning. I think the DT got away with sooooo much because it was a DP case.

I'm sorry, I just don't believe the super imposed picture should be used. I've seen cases where they've taken a dye/cast of the skull then build up the soft tissue in order to identify remaiins of a Jane/John Doe. Couldn't this have been done with Caylee's skull, plus using the pictures to...
I think ICA is all about ICA. She has a different version of reality than the rest of us. She probably didn't realize that the car would be towed or that the tow company would contact her parents.
