Fleeing felons, and running from the officer don't give justification to shoot. Fighting with an officer very well might if it's life or death for the officer, but it's a case by case basis, and I haven't heard enough about this case. imo

That being said if the Phyiscal fight gives the officers no outs, and that physical fight will possibly end in the officer's life, than yes shoot.

I'm pro-officer for the most part, but I don't think a physical fight automatically gives the officer the right to draw his gun and shoot somebody. There has to be more than just a physical fight. I can't see justification of shooting a guy to death over a physical fight. I can't.
