We were on Interstate 39 today (central IL) and all the overhead signs had the description of the car, a possible plate #, and to call 911. It didn't state why or who they were looking for, which I thought was strange - BUT it was only 2 flashes of info, so it was clear and I could read it...

I've stated in earlier posts, this is where I live and no one is making that walk to harm themselves. The towns blend together - the highschool is named LaSalle-Peru H.S. because it falls on both...which is very close to the car dump. It's a very specific area --- and sure--- coincidences...

unfortunately, IMO, when you go over the maps - there is a clear consensus on who/what family was involved - I'm interested to hear new opinions though...whether agreed upon or not :) ETA: This is one of many cold cases that bother me...I'll check back in every so often in hopes of a little...

this is weirdly 'normal' I suppose. If you live in a city, you see this all the time - obviously we know he wasn't always like this, but there are people who act like this all the time...so a passerby may very well think this is just a 'tweaker', 'drug addict', etc ---not even necessarily drunk...

I feel you, unfortunately, we've seen A LOT of college males end up in the water. That is where my guess lays right now. I'm sad to even type that, but his body may take a few days, if not longer, to be able to be detected or "come up" for lack of a better term.
