AUSTIN (KXAN) — The murder conviction of Kaitlin Armstrong for the death of professional cyclist Anna Moriah Wilson was upheld by the Texas Third Court of Appeals, the court announced Friday. This means Armstrong will continue to serve the 90-year sentence ordered by the judge in Nov. 2023...
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Authorities confirmed Michael McKee, the suspect in the Ohio double slaying of his ex-wife and her husband, was arrested at a Rockford Chick-fil-A restaurant on Saturday...
It’s concerning. The docket notes print and mail dates.
It would seem that the printings would be retracted when the docket was corrected, but I haven’t heard that confirmed by the court. They probably won’t speak to it publicly, as it’s part of the investigation. JMO...
It is true that he kept the murder weapon in his car - at least long enough to transport it from Ohio to Illinois. He didn’t toss it along the way. He practically handed the police more evidence to use against him.

I understand your point - the kids weren’t harmed physically, thankfully. But we can’t be sure they didn’t see anything. Especially the 4 year old. She may not even realize or fully understand what she may have saw or heard. She may face significant psychological trauma in the years to come...
He left the Tepe children technically orphaned. Their extended family will gain custody and care for them of course, but it stinks that there aren’t special charges against him for what he’s also done to the little ones.
