Richard Shahan will be in Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Laura Petro's court this morning(2/2/15) for a pretrial hearing and arraignment. Shahan’s attorney, John Lentine, said his client plans to plead not guilty.- Stiles

I do know that there is quite a lot of evidence but, investigators are missing the one key piece that without a doubt will convict him. I'm thinking it's the weapon.
