okay. this case caught my eye because of how similar it is to something that happened locally earlier this year. junkie mom, boy was not even 3 weeks old, failed by cps, his dad, grandparents. the mom took baby and ran in a meth fueled psyotic breakdown slept with baby overnight in a slough...- storms1983
