Per the other thread, she has DNA available. I would think that MC's DNA would be compared with all the available databases, but if the two haven't been compared, this seems like a comparison could be done to see.

If you search her name in the forum, she has been mentioned before in this case. I'm not remembering though if there was anything to rule her out. If her children have provided DNA in order to possibly identify her, that would be a great way to determine if she could be the MC's mother.
