Jason Young arrested and charged with murder

Brad Cooper: Nancy Cooper - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community JLY has had quite an image change. I didn't know there was surf in Brevard. Linda and Meredith must feel some relief today, though there is still a long row to hoe. RIP Michelle and Rylan

    Trial Strategy

I think they arrived at the party separately (Brad stopped for beer on his way from work), and left separately (Brad took the girls home). July 11, 2008: The couple attend a cookout at a neighbor's house. They've been fighting that day. They leave the party separately...

    General Discussion-Thread No. 25

Two years seems a terrible amount of time for Cassidy, Linda and Meredith to have to wait for resolution and justice in the horrible murders of their mother and brother, daughter and grandchild, sister and nephew. Resolution and justice must surely come soon. As hard as it is, later is better...

Too true, Ciara. I also want to see justice in this case. I believe it will come, but maybe later rather than sooner.

Kudos to all who helped keep Nancy's memory alive on her birthday today (yesterday). As an ex-Edmontonian this case is close to my heart. Thank you all.

They had dogs, but rehomed them because one of the daughters was allergic. That Nancy's sister Krista, and/or Nancy's mom and dad, had dogs was a concern to Brad in his rebuttal to the temporary custody. The Lister and Rentz families have to keep the children away from the dogs.

Unattended Infant Mauled to Death by Dog; Puppy Euthanized Frankly, this headline should read: Unattended Infant Mauled to Death by Dog; Parents / Caregivers Euthanized There are some people who just shouldn't have pets – or children.
