I think the Ft Lauderdale area might be a bit misleading. I believe they are looking at Ft Lauderdale more as a general area than specific city limits. Many more people are familiar with Ft Lauderdale and have a better idea of the location then they would if they heard Davie, Dania Beach...

Tampa’s on the gulf side and has whiter, smoother sand. We’re on the Atlantic side, where sand is grittier and darker.

Miramar Police are now investigating it as a child abandonment case because Kamdyn was found alone in their jurisdiction; however, they have turned over the missing person (Leila) investigation to Hollywood PD, since that is where she seems to have been seen last.

I don’t believe she is hiding either, not if she’s down here. Even if she met up with someone down here, she’s not familiar with this area and I don’t see someone she met for a hook-up or to party with helping her hide this long.

If I recall correctly, the thumbs up was a response to her grandmother telling her she got some mail at her house for her.

My heart broke listening to her grandmother. Here is what I said in one of the groups, and I feel it is appropriate to say here also: I hurt so much for this family. Their lives are being played out and scrutinized during a heart-breaking situation... and a lot of the things they are being...

That is my gut feeling too.

I just watched the video again for clarity. When the chief refers to “the third individual”, it is in regards to that particular moment/snapshot... Kamille and the unnamed child being individuals 1 and 2 and the POI being individual 3... at least that’s the way I understand it.
