If someone was in her car waiting for her-someone else had to have dropped this person off there & followed Brianna's car & then pick this so called "Joker" person who bragged about killing her to someone I know who was terrified that he had this information but was in trouble himself with drugs...- SuperSloothe

I have not ever run into the mistrust of LE in VT more of outsider mistrust, for instance if you move here you may be welcome in some circles but you are looked at as a possible problem & somewhat distrusted until you've been around here for quite a while.
