Legally, I am appalled. Is there no end to the lengths these attorneys will stoop to get their clients off?

Criminal trial scheduling including pre-trial hearings, conferences & Timeline

Seems rather odd to me; if you're after the truth why would you suppress evidence? I guess Raven must have something to hide.

Judge, please allow him to think about at the state pen. He'll have plenty of time.

    The VERDICT! He's....GUILTY!!!

    GUILTY NC - PFC Kelli Bordeaux, 23, Fayetteville, 14 April 2012 - #8

I don't know Nick, but I would not give him too much credit. Phrases such as "that stupid", may not apply directly to his IQ, but more-so to his decision making ability, which can be 2 very different things. He may have reacted and thought later as we often do.

He just happened to drive by King at that time, and Gracie just happened to have encountered a person as she described? Again, it seems to be a few...

Guilty of first degree murder/verdict watch #2

Evidence has been defined as: The available facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid. JY may legally not needed to have produce his clothing from the night in question but it sure would have helped his position of being found not guilty of murder. It is...

SBI probe into possible juror misconduct

I for one, am certainly relieved that JY is safely tucked into his bunk while the wheels of justice continue to turn on his behalf. I hope he is busy dreaming of his next prank he will pull on his cellmates.
