Weird, I've tried FF and Chrome and both show certain pages being whited out (with some black spots every so often, as if they blacked them out to redact them). It shows page 25/44 as white, so it's not missing necessarily, just no text.

On KGW (TV), Kyle said it was the same male "friend" that Holt took the rental car from at Best Buy to go have a mental breakdown for 12 hours.

My guess is the front plate. The plate on the rear of an Explorer doesn't have a plate frame, and it sits recessed into the hatch. Where as the plate frame on the front is sticking out from the bumper (so if you walk past, your leg hits the frame - I've done it more than once). Example of rear...
