    I have always found him to be a intelligent kid. But that particular comment of his never struck me as being telling from a 9 year old. I would think they know secrets aren't meant to be told.

    I guess not unless it was determined the murder was committed during the sexual abuse. Otherwise it would seem like some kind of intent is required.

    I concur. Although luck and money helped them a lot, they did show shrewdness in recognizing trick questions and answered them accordingly.

    The fact both JonBenet and Burke were regularly wetting the bed at six and nine years old points to "some trauma, some stress, some anxiety" in the house, adds Ms Wilson. The above quote is also from the book. But apparently John's kids from his first marriage were also bedwetters at those ages.
