Thanks tgy. It's an oldie, I submitted when he was first found guilty and thought it was apt after today's fantastic news.

    Australia Australia - William Tyrrell, 3, Kendall, NSW, 12 Sept 2014 - #15

Hi Karinna, looking back through your previous comments you have stated numerous times that BS wasn't responsible for the historical charges. You haven't said the word 'exonerated' but you have definitely implied this a couple of times. Nowhere in mainstream media does it say the brother-in-law...

Absolutely awesome post and I couldn't agree more. <modsnip>. I was about to write something similar but I couldn't have come close to expressing it as well as you did. Well Done!

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 10th July - Trial Day 18

Not quite sure this is true. The judge indicated that intent to cause GBH which resulted in death = murder

I think you're right MadDoc re: surveillance company. Just thought it would've been an interesting question put to Mr Ward 'Do you also work for a company called Alibi Projects?'. Nothing in it but would possibly help to discredit him.

Another little tidbit (possibly of interest). Ashton Ward (man who did time-lapse video) also works for a company called alibi projects. It's just an ad agency (specialising in property advertising) but a curious and funny company name nonetheless. http://alibiprojects.com.au/team/ashton-ward/
