I'm just wondering if both the prosecution and the defence agree to the suppression order is there any reason for it to be addressed in court? Would the supression order just be extended instead? This might explain why there is no news....

Numbness is something that came to mind to me too....Maybe this is something that could occur both for innocent or guilty people??? Only speculating here though....lol

Guys, can we stop speculating so much and focus on the facts - if you speculate about dismemberment, posing, rape, weapons, personality or psych disorders etc. PLEASE state that you are only speculating and that it isn't necessarily based on fact? I know I've been guilty of this in the past...

I was also under the impression the brother of the accused was the older brother. Can't confirm this though so will refrain from posting about him. Thanks for the reminder.

When comparing the accused brother to him, I'm referring to the brother's fbook profile photos - they do look quite different. I'm convinced it's the accused at the shrine & this is backed up by fbook claims (now deleted) by friends of either the accused or CR that confirm he visited the shrine.

You do realise that that was the neighbour's post & he was referring to not doing anything about phoning the police etc when he first suspected domestic violence? It wasn't a post made by the accused.
