    If JB comes up with another lie that Casey tells and it is obviously a lie it makes him look even more stupid. If he knows at this point and doesn't say yet is kicking back and watching all the moeny spent on this case go out the window I would wonder why he couldn't be charged with obstructing...

    Something was up. If shew was on house arrest she had to have permission to be with anyone other than her mother at that point. Therefore even if she did not know the grand jury had a decision she still would have been in violation of her terms of home comfinement by leaving her mother's side.

    Baez and KC's Press Conference - 10/14/08 (Tuesday)

    She wears contact lens. Being a contact lens wearer myself and if Mascara is worn in a humid situation, a touch to the inside of the eye will cause 1 tear will cause burning. Alas she was trying to create tears. She ccouldn't even do that!
