I know they had the minivan, but did EK have another vehicle, a truck maybe? If he loaded up two stolen dressers I can't imagine them being all that large to get them in the minivan. Or did he have help, possibly an associate with a truck we don't know about yet?

This is an unemployed man, I doubt he has a high-powered attorney at this stage in the game. Those come at a premium. And charges are not dictated by a defense attorney. If that was the case, we'd have no one in jail.

Thank you! I was hoping we'd get lucky and someone would have gotten a hold of and posted the affidavit outlining the specific elements of the charges. Maybe we'll see it on Monday when they can get it from the court after Mr. (ahem..cough cough) Kimrey's arraignment.
