Has anyone seen the Candied Cranberry craze on social media? I first seen it on TikTok but it's on Facebook and Instagram now as well. I tried it over Thanksgiving and then again for Christmas. lol The first time, I used powered sugar as the recipe called for but felt guilty eating the majority...
I'm not sure if you could slice it without a meat slicer, but I'm jealous! Absolutely love prosciutto! My fave way is thin slices wrapped around mozz cheese. We also use it in place of bacon, brown it up for pizza toppings, in eggs, quiche or frittata. Also love it wrapped around asparagus and...
I just came back from Tampa, where we ate a Longhorn Steak House for the first time. I had their Strawberry & Pecan salad and it was the best salad I've ever had, lol. I keep thinking about it and want to go back! I tried to attach a pic from their menu but it's not loading.

We found that out many years ago. We were travelling home Christmas Day and there was nothing open along the way, other than gas stations. We stopped at a 7-11 close to home and bought lunchmeat and chips, no bread left. lol Took it home and that was our Christmas dinner that year.
I haven't read back, but has Christmas dinner been discussed yet? What's on your menu?
We went away from the traditional turkey/ham/sides a few years ago. Just so much work and tons of leftovers that would be thrown out, so we switched it up.
This year, we're doing Broccoli Cheddar, Ham and...
I love warm homemade pudding. I eat some right after I make it and then refrigerate the rest and reheat in the microwave. And the skin is the best part of homemade pudding! LOL
