I can think of two cases from Idaho where the poly was proven wrong. Lorne Red Elk's killer passed while reportedly using medication, and Richard Leavitt like 30 years after he was convicted of Murder. He tried to use the poly evidence to appeal his death sentence. They executed him a few years...

People probably don't know, but it would have been a recovery effort early on. Although it was July, the temperature dips at night this high in the mountains. So it may not be much consolation in the beginning, but if he did get lost, he didn't have to suffer alone and frightened for long. The...

Yes, I know they had divers and sonar, but investigators think he's still up on the mountain. If he died somewhere else, wouldn't the cadaver dog hit on it? Maybe not a scent dog, but a cadaver dog? The terrain looks hard to navigate for grown ups, and toddlers love water, which is why the...

Didn't the FBI help with the Ramsey case? Never found out who killed that little girl, and they had a body. They fried her (now deceased) parents in the court of public opinion fairly early on. Lots of evidence and no arrests in that case. I hope that doesn't happen again. Sent from my...

He was asked why they weren't suspects a few months ago, he said they were waiting for FBI analysis to come back. Unless I missed an interview, there hasn't been any physical evidence of a crime. Just discrepancies in testimonies. Perhaps they aren't saying and they really have physical...

Yes but deceptive isn't necessarily because of a homicide. Perhaps they felt they were responsible for his disappearance because they weren't watching him. Do they know where he is? Probably dead or kidnapped after such a huge search, and overnight temps...and the reservior is like RIGHT...

The clerk didn't remember the dad being there, either. It took dad going in to the store with the receipt before the clerk remembered he had been there. I don't think the clerk is a good witness to whether Deorr was there or not. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

But they haven't been gathering evidence. They didn't think they were involved until they sent a polygraph to the FBI for analysis, and they gave the opinion the family wasn't being truthful. The grandfather already has issues that affect his memory of the events, so they just have mom and dad...

Wow. So hostile. I don't think you're from around here. I could answer at least four of those questions with that's what the locals do... we don't have a lot of money to pay for extravagant things like PIs, we take our newborns and medical devices camping in bear country, and you can fit a full...

Yes, im glad there are experts involved, almost as glad as I am IR lawyered up, because he appears to have qualities they could have taken advantage of, and another family would never know the truth. Thank goodness there was some national attention. Also, there is no reason to be sorry for...

Stuff I wonder about, the thing that leaves a seed of doubt about a homicide route- look how close they are to that reservior. Do we know how long it would take a two year old to come to the surface? Was someone watching the reservior at all times? They searched bear and wolf dens, what about...

They kind of let a possible crime scene be tainted. I don't think they were tracking searchers, they let someone dump an urn into the reservior (now they don't know if the dogs were smelling it or Deorr), the "suspects" were camped out there all summer...were the police with them at all times...

That would mean it was circumstantial evidence, gathering evidence, which would point them in a direction of a homicide. It can happen without a body, but still, it wouldn't be hard proof. If they had proof of a murder, they would have arrested someone. Right now they're searching for testimony...
