Yes, I think that it is possible that Misty broke into Zebb's aunt's house just to hang out and to page Zebb. I think it is possible that this was normal behavior for her and not related to the murder. I think that Zebb would get worked up about it whenever Misty got him involved in her drama.

They are definitely not the same glasses. In both pics of Honken here, he is wearing aviators. The guy hanging out with Jodi is not wearing aviators. Thanks for bringing this up again, I now have started it. Part of the problem is that it doesn't appear to be on the typical platforms - only on Soundcloud as far as I can tell, which isn't a great place to listen to a podcast.

I had recalled that this DNA is the same as that found on the murder weapon. If this is not right someone please correct me.
