    This reminds me of the search a couple years ago of the farm here in Minnesota where Jacob Wetterling was abducted. They dug and sifted and did analysis but to no avail that we know of. The man living at the farm is the main suspect now IMO but there is no proof. Who knows if he did it or not...

    I am not believing this guy is the perp. I just don't see it. So much planning and execution for someone who possibly has head messed up with meth. I have been following this case since the beginning like most posters. I was born not far from this place so it has a special interest for me.

    ALV answered that JA was a teen when she abused her mother. Didn't JA kick her mom when her mom was helping JA move from Mesa? I could be wrong but I thought she was violent with her mother during that move back to Cali. ALV was making excuses for JA violence toward her mother?

    Makes sense. I guess AZ law is different than CA and other states. Cause that surely seems like a dying declaration to me. Ive heard it used in cases where the man has killed his wife. OJ wife sure made some of those declarations to friends.

    Sorry if this has already been mentioned. Tonight on Jane Velez-Mitchell she has an exclusive with a doctor friend of TA who socialized with him weekly. TA told doctor that if he doesnt show up to Sunday dinner they should know Jodi did it. Would this be admissible in court as a dying delcaration?

    Danielle Jelinek, 27, was last seen at a bar in Minneapolis Saturday night, and hasn't been heard from since. She was last seen with a man from Chisago County; Deputies searched his home and found some of Danielle's belongings. From KARE 11 News Dec 14 article.
