I am suspicious of the fiance, and offended that people are being so harsh on a victim, but there is a video of her buying a jug of wine. I don't have the link but its on the original forum.
all of the inlets in Olympia are basically tidal flats, it could have just been tidal pools splashing. But that mud on her wind shield looks pretty intense. . . I dunno
I totally agree, I don't think it's a hoax, but she was way too close to the freeway way too many times to end up clear out in Boston Harbor. I'm sure the police know where she was really asking for directions to by now and are not saying. Whatever it takes to get the case solved!
I am confused, which article says she bought wine? I thought she didn't buy alcohol at any of the stores they knew of yesterday, and the video clearly shows her not buying anything in the Safeway? Just wondering, thanks.
I really doubt she is in the water. Olympia is located not on the coast but in the most interior part of the puget sound. Budd inlet is pretty shallow, with extreme tides and houses surrounding it on every side. If there was any splashing someone would have heard it (water makes sound travel)...
another thing that's weird is that that safeway is really close to the 101, which takes you right to I-5. Being a local makes her route and behavior seem even more confusing.
I live in olympia, there's a gas station connected to the safeway, and the convenience store in the gas station is where the video was taken, I can recognize it.
