Agreed.
A) I believe LE released it in hope that someone would recognize him or someone wearing that clothing on that day.
B) We on this website are playing with the images trying to coax out additional details since it is most of the concrete evidence we have to play with.
I believe some on...
The image on the left of the attached poster does not have the light colored blur on BG's leg. This is a third BG image although they may all have been edited and therefore may contain common elements. IMO...
This link helps define suspect vs Person Of Interest (POI) vs perpetrator. I have seen other links that suggest POI does not have a well defined meaning.

Its not the same at all IMHO. The police are in the assembling evidence, requesting an arrest warrant and arresting business not the clearing business. This is my opinion and I am not a legal expert. :D
I'm not sure that the pictures have been altered but they look like they have to me. There are many on this website far smarter than me on this topic so I will leave it to them to decide.
As far as why LE may have modified the images, there are a few reasons they might:

2. Its a slippery slope, how much to edit and are they sure their edits are correct?
By the way, nice work! :happydance:

Do many get caught?
Are they careful in that they obey traffic laws?
Do they still drink & drive?
Thanks
Question for legal types: The term "on or about" a specific date appears twice in the document discussing probation violation. is this:
a) Standard legal nomenclature used even when LE thinks they know the correct date?
or
b) Evidence that the correct date is not known?
He is accused of drinking in public on or about Feb 27, 2 weeks after the girls were killed. I cant comprehend how RL could be so casual about a behavior that could land him in jail for years. Especially with all the police around. The fact that all the attention resulted in him being caught...
Would you drink in public, close to home, if you knew getting caught could put you in jail for years? Would you do this shortly after bodies showed up on your property drawing world wide attention and hundreds of police? I don't think so. Why would RL do this? If the accusation is true, this...
