My occupation, forever grieving for my beautiful daughter, Dusti. Mother of four, MeeMaw to five, and raising two boys under the age of five! I have "inherited" these beautiful boys since Dusti passed away. I also "inherited" an 18-year-old firstborn granddaughter, Kayli, and a 16-year-old secondborn granddaughter Rilee. I have also inherited Reese, Dusti's beloved "second" son. Before she adopted Zane and Brax, she had Max (who sadly passed in February, he was her first "son"). She treated Max and Reese like they were her sons, so I treat Reese like Dusti did. When Zane and Brax get a new toy, so does Reese. I talk to Reese about all of the crime cases I read about. Reese always listens and offers his opinions. LOL, I am beyond thankful for these blessings; they are truly my only reasons for being able to continue after my daughter died. I only want peace, the kind that says, "I accomplished the task at hand today, let tomorrow come." I am also following my dream of writing about true crime. Dusti always encouraged me to write, and thanks to her, I am finding my way back. Thank you, Dusti, and thank you to everyone here at Websleuths, who have "listened" and helped me to get to this point. I appreciate each one of you!

Dusti is a shooting star. She has given so much good to this world, and I want to continue doing good things, just like Dusti...She continues to give me lessons to learn, and some are painful. But, through the pain, good will come. I am learning to seek the good things from some of the worst things imaginable.
