Identified! TX - Midland, living Male, 13-17, can't communicate his name, found near Ward & Shandon, 30 Jan 2023 - Cordarius Lashun Pegues
If you look at a side by side of the pics of AD and this boy their right eyebrow seems to have a slight arch and the left does not. They are very similar!!- Tgrant1368

I'm confused. Don't you have to have your foot on the brake to put the car into gear? I'm not thinking this vehicle had a column shifter near the headlights on/off switch to "accidentally" knock it into gear. Something seems off about this- Tgrant1368
