DH was at work when all of that was going on. He has a GPS tracker in his work truck that can prove that as well, not to mention the person he was training. Nice try, but no dice.

Leaving ammunition out haphazardly is one thing.. not everyone is going to know you are a felon and not allowed to have it (ie maids and such). However most people can recognize drug parapheenalia and that's illegal for everyone. I would think one would be more likely to hide that, than ammo.

Drew wasn't right there. CF called them and they rushed to where he was (a few blocks over) to take the picture and bag the card, which CF had already picked up.

Warrant has to be served before it will show up as a case in the system, because technically he hasn't been 'arrested' for the possession charge.

I was just making the statement because I believe someone trying to use the placement of the clothes to further implicate CF (as was mentioned above) would have done so off of 58 somewhere, rather than 168.

The location where the clothes were found were en route to Moyock, or the Outer Banks. To go to Fort Benning, the likely route would take you down 58 rather than 168. You could get there down 168, but it would take you quite a bit out of the way...

It's likely that WH was referring to DH, who was living with KH with his wife and children. Sounded to me like he was saying she should kick them out, since in the letter it seemed WH felt that DH had turned on him.

TM was staying at KH's house when he would come down, in the beginning.
