Two ruminations: 1: Steadfast, it seems as if you WANT him to be guilty of something, whatever it might be. 2: If the genders were reversed, how could anyone reasonably doubt that the man in the yard would be arrested as a peeping tom? You can bet he would be. I hope he wins everything.
