There absolutely had to be a personal component to this…his reputation, his family, his freedom, SOMETHING was on the line and the judge was pulling the strings. Nothing else makes. I think whatever it is, MS thinks he can prove it, and get off easy because of it. MOO.
I live in Boise and am familiar with the case but havent shared in this forum because when this all happened I was going through alot and didnt come to WS during that time.

I absolutely can see the scenario where a drunken, famished, college-aged female, orders food without a single thought of the DD drivers gender or safety. In fact the existence of the opposite scenario seems highly unlikely to me. MOO.
For what its worth, My husband grew up there many years ago. The area used to be where cattle of near by ranches would roam. My husband used to cowboy for the ranches as a kid. He finds it a bit odd it has become a popular camping area now. But with the population growth, its not surprising.
Just reading all this and it turns my stomach. When when when are they going to make it against the law for minors to be on the internet without a parent or guardian? I dont get it. Enough is enough.
I cant believe there is no WHY given for the alert cancellation STILL…the cancellation means either
A) They found the girls alive
B) They found the girls deceased
I can think of no other reason they would cancel it.
Could be they cancelled it and returned gorls to mom and they don’t believe...
