Would you stage a kidnapping/murder/sexual assault to exonerate the sibling? Myself, I would Not. How can you stage a sexual assault of a 6YO and live with yourself for the rest of your days. Much less your own 6YO, in order to "save" your 9 YO. Doesn't fly to me.
