Here are a couple of comments by Colin I find very interesting;
Four days before William went missing, *Spedding had visited Williams grandmother in Benaroon Drive to repair her washing machine. He took away a part and was supposed to return the day that William disappeared, to fix...
Here are my thoughts on the two cars...
LE know who they belong to
LE know who was in them that day
LE are now looking for more witnesses to verify that those cars were there
I really think that once another witness can place those two cars there, then an arrest/s will be made

The way VS scattered evidence everywhere gets me thinking these were all afterthoughts after he did what he did.
I think he was opportunistic, and this wasn't planned at all.
But the biggest question, why did he do it?

This article states she received keys from a colleague at 11am.
'She texted her fiancé Mr Leeson-Woolley at 10am on Sunday about her plans for the morning, and got a pair of keys from a school...
This article was from April 8th, however there was another article (I think from The Irrigator) on Tuesday that mentioned the keys.

Being that it is a small town and SS being the person she is (caring, compassionate etc) perhaps she gave VS the time of day?
Perhaps they chatted regularly and over time he took it the wrong way?
It could've been something as simple as "come around for a cuppa before you head off"
