The rounds can be seen from the front of the gun (the camera view, in many cases.) If the dummy rounds weren't in the 5 chambers in the cylinder not aligned with the barrel it would be quite obvious that those chambers were empty, making the movie scene unrealistic and laughable. MOO.

On the other thread I've been following closely it's steven bertolino, but I don't think that applies here. Though it wouldn't surprise me if he makes a bizarre comment about this case.

Big thanks to whomever posted this video in the first thread. I learned a lot from it. My only Colt revolver is a somewhat newer double action with a non-fixed cylinder.
MOO: Someone was probably taking advantage of the young armorer by pressuring her to let them take the vintage revolvers out for some off-set fun. Sounds like she was not appropriately qualified anyway.
